Returns & Refunds Policy
At Curtsy & Bows, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Guidelines
- 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original, new condition—undamaged, unworn, and with all embellishments intact and original packaging included.
- Final Sale: Regular priced items and markdowns are eligible for return. Items specifically marked "Final Sale" cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Process a Return
- Ship it back: Mail your item to: Curtsy & Bows, LLC, 1138 Baltimore Pike, Suite #190, Springfield, PA 19064
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee a refund for items lost in transit.
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
If approved, your refund (purchase price plus applicable taxes) will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it after 14 days, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We are happy to help based on our current stock!
- Visit our Contact Us page to start an exchange request.
- Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the replacement and send you the new tracking information.
Cancellations & Changes
Changed your mind? We offer a 3-hour window after order confirmation to cancel or make changes. Please email us immediately at info@curtsyandbows.com. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process once it arrives.
