Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

Returns for All Collections

Our policy lasts 25 days. If 25 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Return date must be postmarked within 10 days of purchase or we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Only regular priced items (including mark downs) may be refunded. Items maked 'Final Sale'  cannot be refunded.

To be eligible for a retur, your item must be returned in its original new condition, undamaged, All embellishments in tack  and in its original packaging. Otherwise, a refund will not be granted. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please let us know using our 'Contact Us' page

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item for any reason,  please send your request via our Contact Us page on the website (https://curtsyandbows.com/contact-us), and we will be happy to exchange size or color pending stock availability.

Once your item is returned, we will communicate via email with updates on your exchange including tracking information when available.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Curtsy & Bows, 1138 Baltimore Pike, Suite 190, Springfield, Pennsylvania 19064 US

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included with the refund. Refunds will cover the items/s purchase price along with taxes (where applicable). Further questions about shipping policies, please contact us at: info@curtsyandbows.com. 

When returning items, please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee adequate processing of your return, if these steps are not taken and your returned item is not received.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so up to 3 hours after you receiving your order confirmation. Please contact us directly via email: info@curtsyandows.com  so we can make these changes immediately. If your order has shipped and changes have not been made, please return the items unused for a full refund.
